What are your operating hours?

BIJC operates daily from 08:00–17:00 HST. After-hours service is available by advance arrangement.

How do I arrange an arrival?

Call (808) 867-2452 or email team@bigislandjet.com with aircraft type and registration, arrival and departure plans, parking duration, fuel requirements and passenger or crew needs.

Which fuel programs do you offer?

BIJC is Avfuel branded, offers Avfuel Contract Fuel and is AEG Preferred. Other contract-fuel programs are accepted; ask our team to confirm your provider. DLA Military AIR Card is accepted.

Is FSII/Prist available?

Yes. Advise our team of your aircraft’s additive requirements when arranging your uplift.

Are volume or contract-fuel discounts available?

Yes. Send your anticipated uplift, arrival date and fuel program for current pricing and applicable discounts.

Do you offer avgas?

No. BIJC provides fuel for turbine aircraft; avgas is not available.

Can you park and tow my aircraft?

We have more than nine acres of aircraft parking, tow vehicles and tow bars for most aircraft. Confirm parking requirements and towing compatibility with our team in advance.

What equipment is on site?

Belt loaders, aircraft stairs, luggage carts, tow vehicles and tow bars for most aircraft. Lavatory and potable-water service are available.

Can you arrange a cargo loader or forklift?

Yes, subject to availability and advance coordination. Cargo/FMC loaders, forklifts, lifts, chiller trucks, water trucks and office trailers can be borrowed or rented.

Do you provide nitrogen and oxygen?

These services are coordinated through PMX Maintenance.

Can you arrange transportation, catering and hotels?

Yes. Share passenger numbers, luggage, timing, dietary requirements and other needs so we can coordinate with the relevant providers.

Who operates the Kona and Hawaii shuttles?

KaiserAir operates the Kona Shuttle and Hawaii Shuttle. BIJC provides local ground support. Direct booking and membership questions to your operator or club.

Can you help with Customs or USDA inspections?

Contact us early to coordinate your visit. Government agencies perform inspections and grant approvals; operators must satisfy the applicable requirements.

When does the new terminal open?

The new terminal is scheduled to open in December 2026. BIJC is serving aircraft, passengers and crews now.
