Clearance planning window: Monday–Friday, 08:00–14:30 HST. Contact BIJC in advance to confirm arrangements for your flight.
Need service outside this window? If your operation does not have its own Reimbursable Services Program (RSP) access, we can help arrange after-hours Customs service through ours. Service is subject to CBP approval and availability; our team will confirm arrangements and applicable charges with you.

Required flight approvals.
BIJC coordination does not replace required flight approvals. Pilots must submit the required APIS information and obtain permission to land directly from CBP before departing the foreign port, at least two hours before the planned Kona arrival. APIS submission alone is not permission to land. Commercial operators must also obtain required outbound clearance directly from CBP.
